Mitchell J. Rabil, Esq., CPA

Mitchell J. Rabil is engaged in providing legal advice on business transactions of all types including organization, reorganization, mergers, acquisitions, liquidations, and public and private financing, with emphasis on taxes and laws regulating the sale of securities. He is also experienced, and provides services in financial and estate planning and estate administration, tax exempt organizations and employee benefit matters. Mr. Rabil has been engaged in the private practice of law since 1966.

After practicing as a public accountant with A.M. Pullen & Co., CPAs, Mr. Rabil was a Supervisory Accountant with the U.S. Government Accountability Office in Washington, D.C., and an Attorney/Staff Accountant and Financial Analyst with the Securities and Exchange Commission in Washington, D.C., and a Tax Attorney with the Internal Revenue Service Office of the Regional Counsel in Philadelphia, Pa. and New York City, NY.

Mitchell left public service to join Archer, Greiner, Hunter & Read as principal tax and securities regulation associate.  He left that firm to become a Partner in the firm of Miller, Myers, Matteo and Rabil and later served as the managing partner of the firm until its merger as Myers, Matteo, Rabil, Norcross & Landgraf into Montgomery, McCracken, Walker and Rhoads. He served as Manager of the New Jersey office of that firm until he retired to establish Rabil & Associates P.A.

Devine Award from the Camden County Bar Association, was designated an Awesome Attorney by South Jersey Magazine in 2012, and has been designated a Martindale Hubbell Pre-eminent Attorney by his peers for many years.

Steven J. Jozwiak, Esq., a CPA and tax attorney since 1984, has experience in all procedural areas of federal and state tax law. Information about Steven J. Jozwiak, Esq. can be found at

Mr. Jozwiak joined the Firm as “of counsel” in 2012. He has been a tax attorney since 1984 and has experience in all procedural areas of federal and state tax law, which include handling tax audits, IRS appeals, abatement of tax penalties, offers in compromise, payment plans, IRS liens, IRS levies and property seizures, wage garnishment, innocent spouse relief, bankruptcy, criminal investigations and tax evasion, abusive tax shelter schemes, etc. Additionally, he has been involved in more than 100 cases before the US Tax Court, as well as cases before the US District Court, Third Circuit Court of Appeals and DC Circuit Court of Appeals.


e graduated from Rutgers College in 1979 and Delaware Law School in 1982. He obtained an LLM in taxation from New York University School of Law in 1987.


Mr. Jozwiak is licensed in New Jersey, Pennsylvania and New York.  

In addition to his law practice, Mr. Jozwiak has worked as a Certified Public Accountant with a national accounting firm and as a college instructor in Tax Accounting at Glassboro State College, now Rowan University.

Thomas H. Ehrhardt, Esq.

Mr. Ehrhardt joined the Firm as “of counsel” in 2013 and practices in the fields of corporate, business and transactional law, commercial and residential real estate, planning and zoning; estate planning and administration.


He received his juris doctorate from Rutgers University School of Law in Camden, N.J. in 1994 with Honors & International Law Honors with Distinction where he was the Articles Editor of the Rutgers Law Journal. 

He graduated from Georgetown University, Washington, DC, with an A.B. degree in 1983. He is also proficient in the German language. After graduation from Georgetown until he entered law school, he worked on Wall Street in the Securities industry.


Mr. Ehrhardt was admitted to practice law in New Jersey in 1994 and in New York in 1995.

Steven Zelinger, Esq.

Steve is a former Associate at the offices of Rabil & Kingett, LLC and continues his association with the Firm. Steve has substantial court and trial experience throughout Pennsylvania and New Jersey courts and is experienced in the administration of estates and representing taxpayers before the Internal Revenue Service.


Steve attended Widener University School of Law.


Steve is licensed in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey.

As an undergraduate, Steve attended Kenyon College in Gambier, Ohio where he obtained a B.A. in history and played lacrosse. Steve also has worked as a journalist covering the pharmaceutical industry and takes pride in his legal writing abilities.


Steve is active in the community, sitting as an officer and legal adviser for a non-profit charitable running group. He also has been active in organizing a business networking group of young professionals in Center City Philadelphia.

Steve resides with his wife in Center City Philadelphia. He is an active runner and triathlete and also the father of a young daughter who keeps him running as well.
